Classroom Based Option:

 

Course Duration: 5 days of training on the Friday you write an exam that you need to pass before you can complete the project. Please estimate an average of 30 hours for their project work and home study (10 hours per month for 3 months)
Project Duration: 3  months to complete the project.
Total Cost: Euro 1900 per person
Venue: Arequipa / Onsite Training for groups of 7 or more delegates at a lower rate
Pre-Requirements Yellow Belt and strong Project Management skills (working or theoretical skills)
Course runs Pre-reading, Project and Portfolio of evidences to complete. Consultation with each delegate for 3-6 hours after the course (via phone or email)
